It's been a busy month for Gigi Hadid, who has been a firm fixture on the runways during the capitals' Fashion Weeks. But the model took a well-deserved break as she enjoyed some downtime on the beach on Sunday. The 19-year-old showed off her toned physique as she frolicked on the beach in a striped bikini with high-waisted bottoms. She was enjoying the beach break in Miami, Florida, with her boyfriend Cody Simpson, 18.

The couple looked loved-up as they soaked up the sun and larked around in the sea together. Gigi's trip to Miami wasn't all play - she was there for the Victoria's Secret's Pink Nation Ultimate Spring Break Bash. The daughter of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster co-hosted the event on with model Rachel Hilbert, while boyfriend Cody performed his latest track.

The pair seem to be back on track after splitting up briefly last year. At the event, Cody told reporters that they are "in a really good place", while Gigi said: "We didn't see each other for almost a month when I was overseas, so it was really exciting to see him again." Cody added: "It's give and take – you've got to have a certain trust. "You build something, and for us it's been sustainable. We're very supportive of each other, she's stoked for me and it's mutual."

Gigi had a hectic month with the Fashion Weeks around the world

Last year, after the pair parted ways, Gigi told Women's Wear Daily: "I love Cody to death and he loves me. "And he needed his time to focus on his music and he's the one who broke up with me. We're still best friends and I'll always respect him and support his career."
