Kaia Gerber just gave us major flashbacks to Elizabeth Hurley's iconic safety pin dress

The 16-year-old model wowed in a Versace LBD in Germany

Oh to be back in 1994. Elizabeth Hurley is 29, dating man-of-the-moment Hugh Grant and it's the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral. Liz made headlines the world over with THAT daring safety pin dress by Versace, now regarded as one of the most iconic dresses of all time.

Fast forward to 2018 and Cindy Crawford's model daughter Kaia Gerber just had a huge Liz moment in a mini version of the dress. Kaia, 16, wore a plunging Versace LBD with gold stud detail, slit at the back and sides. She looked amazing in the dress at the Omega Tresor event in Berlin and if it weren't for the £2,940 price tag, we'd be ordering one right now.

Kaia wore Versace's Medusa Top Stitch Mini Dress, available to buy on their website now. The site reveals it's made from the finest quality silk and features gold medusa studs. Kaia posted a snap of herself in the dress on her Instagram page, with the snap amassing 147,720 likes in just five hours! Her fans loved it, with one writing: "You look gorgeous in Versace." Another said: "Beautiful like your mum."
