Everyone got it wrong! What we all missed about Caroline Flack’s Love Island playsuit

At first glance, Caroline Flack was wearing your average playsuit, but that’s not the case.

Caroline Flack returned to our TV screens on Monday night to host the first episode of Love Island. The TV viewing figures speak for themselves - it was the most watched episode ever, breaking all of ITV2’s records. With an average of three million tuning in, the show was up two million on last year’s launch. But what we’re wondering is, did you notice something strange about Caroline Flack’s outfit?

Caroline greeted the new islanders wearing a yellow playsuit, or what we thought was a playsuit. The yellow number was actually a jumpsuit which her stylist customised to give her a one-of-a-kind outfit. A pretty good idea for real life, let’s be honest. The Alice McCall ‘What you waiting for?’ canary yellow number was in fact a calf-length jumpsuit and originally had sheer legs. Caroline’s stylist, Nisha Gewal, chopped off the sheer legs and turned it into a glamorous playsuit - perfect for showing off Caroline’s envy-inducing legs.

Caroline teamed her playsuit with a pair of KG sandals from Kurt Geiger, priced at £69

As well as styling Caroline, Nisha Gewal has worked with the likes of Kimberley Walsh, Ophelia Lovibond, Gemma Chan and Poppy Delevingne. She is currently with Caroline in Mallorca, no doubt whipping up something special for Caroline’s next outfit.
