The Duchess of Sussex's daughter Princess Lilibet has inherited her mother's sense of style, judging by new "summer holiday" photos Meghan shared on Instagram.
Among a carousel of pictures showing them playing in the pool and swimming at the beach was one of Prince Harry and Prince Archie walking down a tree-lined avenue. The pair were holding large bunches of flowers, which many assumed could have been during a visit to Harry's late mother Princess Diana's grave at Althorp during a trip to the UK earlier this month.
Trailing behind was Princess Lilibet, who had her back to the camera, showing off her long, wavy, copper-coloured hair as she carried her own accessories. Slung over her right arm was a $19.39 unicorn bag by Aurora, featuring purple straps and metallic spots, while she clung onto a toy cage with a comfort blanket with her left hand.
The rest of her cute outfit consisted of gold sandals and a whimsical pastel blue and orange floral dress with puff sleeves from Doen, one of Lilibet's favourite brands. During a visit to Disneyland earlier this year, she wore a long, ruffle-shoulder dress from the label, with her hair tied in a low bun ready for a day on the rides.
The love affair with the Californian label started back in 2023, when she cuddled up to her dad Prince Harry for the 4 July parade in a blue long-sleeved frock known as the 'Carine' dress.
Princess Lilibet's interest in fashion
Six years before Lilibet was born, Meghan revealed that she was already planning to pass down her sentimental jewellery to her future daughter.
After Suits was renewed for a third season, Meghan bought herself a Cartier Tank Française watch and told HELLO!: "I had it engraved on the back, 'To M.M. From M.M.' And I plan to give it to my daughter one day. That's what makes pieces special, the connection you have to them."
The former actress confirmed she had passed down her style credentials to her daughter when she shared a playful photo of Lilibet sitting on the floor of her walk-in closet in May 2026.
Dressed in a colourful outfit, the four-year-old admired the neat rows of her mother's designer heels lining the walls of a rarely-seen part of their Montecito home. Megan wrote in the caption: "Mama's little helper."
