Every season there's a trending colour that's everywhere you turn, rather like the notorious reign of 'Butter Yellow' in 2025, which was hugely celebrated by many.
During the summer of 2026, however, it's been all about aquamarine. Likened to tropical ocean water, it's an almost cyan-blue that is vivid and pretty.

The Princess of Wales actually sported the almost Tiffany-box blue tone long before many celebrities did.
Back in June 2025, the mother of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis stepped out in the daring shade at Trooping the Colour. It was one of her most vivid looks to date.

Queen Letizia's aquamarine dress of dreams
It's not just Kate who has coveted this colour. Spanish Queen Letizia, 53, was a summer vision in June, when she stepped out at the 15th anniversary of Ethic magazine at the Ortega-Marañón Foundation headquarters in Madrid.
