Caitlyn Jenner has already made waves in the fashion industry with her striking Vanity Fair cover, but now the reality star seems to be turning her attention to the world of beauty. Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, is reportedly 'in talks' with MAC Cosmetics.

While Caitlyn made her official debut as a fully transitioned woman this week, she announced that she would be making the transition a few months ago – and it seems she was immediately tipped to be the new face of the brand.

Page Six reports that the former athlete and Keeping up with the Kardashians star has had "several high-level meetings over the past few months" with the cosmetics giant to become the new face of their VIVA Glam range. She would join an already impressive line-up of brand ambassadors including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Elton John, Ricky Martin and RuPaul.

Fans have also noted that MAC's inclusive motto "all ages, all races, all sexes" would make the brand a perfect fit for Caitlyn's first campaign.

"They’ve been debating the pros and cons and whether it would be a good fit or not," a source told the publication. "There’s a camp that’s so excited and another that’s a bit more cautious."

If Caitlyn does become the face of Viva Glam, she would be the second member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to land a contract with Estée Lauder, who own MAC – the brand already signed on daughter Kendall Jenner as their Estée Lauder spokesperson earlier this year.

The group's president John Demsey has already revealed his admiration for Caitlyn, describing her debut as "simply amazing, iconic, epic, disruptive, bold, glamorous" at the CFDA awards on Monday night.

"There's never been someone with that level of celebrity who's ever done something so bold and so visible in public," he said. "And it's done very elegantly and glamorously."
