Rosie O'Donnell is living her best life.
The 62-year-old, who recently underwent plastic surgery, has shared a series of pictures from a vacation to her beloved Jersey Shore with two of her daughters, Vivienne and Clay.
In the first picture, Rosie and the girls looked windswept as they posed on their balcony with the setting sun behind them over the Atlantic Ocean. Rosie wore a black tee and her trademark black round glasses as she wrapped her arms around Vivi, in a white matching set and blue cardigan, and Clay, who wore khaki shorts and a mustard-yellow blouse.
"The jersey shore - we love it!!!" Rosie captained the post.
A second post was a selfie taken by Vivi and Rosie; Rosie had her hair swept up away from her face while Vivienne, 23, wore her blond hair loose around her shoulders. Vivienne – known as Vivi - graduated from the University of Delaware in 2025 and lives in New York City.
A third post featured Clay, 13, with a big smile on her face as she and Rosie took a selfie before heading out for dinner together; Clay had her headphones placed around her neck.
Rosie has owned vacation properties on the Jersey Shore for over a decade and has spent many summers vacationing there with her children, sharing videos and pictures on social media.
It’s been a celebratory time for Rosie – who lives with Clay in Ireland but has returned to the US for her national tour – as she stepped out in June at the 2026 Tony Awards, showcasing the results of plastic surgery and weight loss.
Rosie made the vulnerable admission she had gone under the knife in May 2026, surprising many as the mother of five had spent most of her career publicly condemning other women's use of surgery.
"I used to feel very strongly about facelifts. Not casually – morally. I had assigned myself as head of all women who would never – ever," she shared in an essay on her Substack.
"I thought it was a betrayal. Of feminism. Of aging. Of our team of women worldwide. And then I lost 50 pounds".
The weight loss left her feeling like her face was "melting" due to excess skin, but it was Clay telling her mom that she "wouldn't be able to respect you if you did it" that led to Rosie realizing her rigid stance on women's bodies had impacted how the teen approached autonomy of her own body.
"If I'm teaching Clay anything, it can't be that my body belongs to an idea either. Even a good idea. Even feminism," wrote Rosie.
Rosie received a lower deep plane facelift in January 2026. The procedure focuses on the lower face and jawline with the aim to create a natural contour without pulling skin tight.
Rosie is also mom to sons Parker and Blake, and daughter Chelsea. She welcomed her eldest four with ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, and adopted Clay with late ex-wife Michelle Rounds.
