Glamour veteran Lily James just cast aside beauty norms – and we are here for it. The Cinderella star, who is known for her flawless red carpet appearances, epic luxury fashion campaigns and radiant LA outings, shared an unexpected beauty update online, and it couldn't be more relatable.
It turns out even the crème de la crème of Hollywood goes grey, and it's certainly not something to fret about. Take Andie McDowell, Jamie Lee Curtis and even George Clooney for example, all stars who have aged naturally and with the utmost grace. Now Lily has joined the glamourous grey society, but only (and quite literally) by a hair's breadth.
The 34-year-old snapped a comical selfie which she posted via her Instagram Stories, showcasing a rogue grey hair in her eyebrow. A notably surprised Lily proudly embraced her new follicle friend, expressing her confusion in the caption of the close-up image.
Lily's shock discovery is something many can relate to. Nothing quite feels like doomsday like when you find your very first silver strand of grey hair. While many of us desperately beg our friends, siblings or partners to pluck it out ASAP, sometimes the natural look reigns supreme.
While debuting her new salt-and-pepper aesthetic, Lily simultaneously allowed views a glimpse at her buttery complexion which came complete with a rose pink lip and a dusting of blush.
No doubt the star's incredible skin is due to the magical hands of A-list skincare expert Joanna Czech, who helped Lily to dazzle on the red carpet for the Oscars 2023.
