The 92-year-old shared a series of four pictures, each featuring one of her co-stars. In the first, she donned a matching pink cutout co-ord alongside her co-star Isabella Rossellini (Blue Velvet), as well as a crisp white top and jacket while posing with a suited-up Charles Dance (Game of Thrones).

Meanwhile, she cooled herself down with a fan alongside French actor Laurent Lafitte (The Richest Woman in the World), while in the final snap, she posed next to a prim-looking pug named Junior.

She captioned the post: "I adored working on the set and having fun off the set with my co-stars in #myduchess."

Joan's hair transformation

While Joan is usually synonymous with her signature bouffant hairstyle, the new pictures showcased a period-style updo for her role as American socialite Wallis Simpson in the biographical film.

In the movie, which has yet to announce a release date, Joan portrays Wallis Simpson, the wife of Prince Edward, Duke of Windsor, formerly King Edward VIII.

The cast of the film were spotted in Cannes earlier this week, with Joan sporting her usual coiffed 'do as she posed alongside Isabella.
