Brandon Sklenar is already switching up the looks that made him Hollywood's latest heartthrob.
The 1923 actor has had a busy few years, making back to back appearances in movies like Drop, It Ends with Us, and The Housemaid.
Fans quickly got accustomed to his brown hair, thick mustache and muscular physique, which he bid farewell to in a dramatic transformation (except for the muscles, of course).
© FilmMagicOn Sunday, September 27, Brandon, 36, stepped out at the MTV VMAs' red carpet in Los Angeles looking virtually unrecognizable, as he debuted platinum blonde hair.
Not only did he ditch his brunette hair, but he cut it short, shaving off his mustache as well. He looked largely unrecognizable until he took his large tortoiseshell sunglasses off, which accessorized his white tank top, black trousers, and leather jacket look.
Brandon walked the red carpet with fellow actress Hassie Harrison, his co-star in the forthcoming 2027 movie The Rescue a Western from Paramount also starring Josh Lucas and Josh Duhamel. Hassie wore a simple racerback black dress with a tousled updo.
© FilmMagicOff the screen, Brandon is actually dating personal trainer and nutritionist Courtney Salviolo, who he met on the dating app Hinge in 2020.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight last year about how the relationship, which they keep largely out of the public eye, came to be, Brandon explained: "I didn't have Facebook, I wasn't like a phone app guy and it was right when COVID happened and I was like, 'Ah [expletive], how am I going to meet somebody?'" He added that he "was on it for like two weeks" before clearly finding success on it, as he and Courtney have been together ever since.
Speaking with Forbes in 2024 about working on the Yellowstone spinoff 1923, which he described as "very intense" and the "first time I had done something like that, where I was gone for that long," for five months, he gave rare insight into his home life with Courtney.

In a 2022 Instagram post, she wrote: "This little guy has been my lifeline for the past 10+ years. When I started experiencing chronic pain I felt defeated and lost. Remy stuck right by my side through every pain spell. I will forever recommend an animal for added support during a healing process, or lifestyle transition. Dogs not only give you unconditional love, but they get you moving!"
