Every time Lea Michele takes to the red carpet, jaws drop to the floor as she flaunts her incredibly toned physique. Now, the 29-year-old has shared her favourite workouts for staying in shape – and revealed which of her features she's particularly proud of.

"For being only 5'3", I have to say I really like my legs," she told People. "And my butt's not bad. I'm grateful for that too!"
There's no doubt that Lea works hard to keep fit – the star regularly shares sneak peeks of her exercise routine with her 2.9 million Instagram followers, whether she's horse riding or hitting a spinning class.
The Glee star admitted that she tries to keep her fitness regime varied, adding that she is happy to try "anything" new when it comes to exercising.

"I rotate between hiking and hot yoga and then the occasional spin class," she said. "I bought a bike so I can do spin classes in my house! I'm down for trying anything."
It seems that cycling has become one of Lea's go-to workouts in recent months – the star has shared numerous photos of herself at Los Angeles hotspot SoulCycle. "Safe to say.. I'm OBSESSED!!!" she quipped in one caption, accompanying an image of herself mid-workout, beaming at the camera.

No doubt it's been an emotional week for the actress, after it was revealed that she has split from boyfriend Matthew Paetz, after dating for two years. According to Us Weekly, Matthew was the one to initiate the break-up. "She was completely crushed," an insider told the magazine.
Meanwhile, a source close to the couple told People, "Lea is surrounded by her friends, who have rallied around her and support her. She's doing fine, focusing on her work, her music and her album."
The former couple met on the set of Lea's On My Way music video back in April of 2014. Dancer Matthew was the Glee star's first boyfriend since Cory Monteith's passing in 2013.
