Rochelle Humes is super fit and healthy. She ran the London Marathon in 2018, let's not forget. We caught up with the gorgeous mother-of-two, and she gave us the lowdown on her fitness regime and everything in between. Speaking about the formidable run, she said "It was always on my bucket list. I always wanted to do it, and never did it with the intention of doing it again. But I've seen people training on Instagram and I think oooh! But I'm happy not to be doing it this year. I'm going to be there on marathon day though, cheering everyone on."

The 29-year-old also singer spilled the beans on on what it's like working out with her husband of six years, Marvin. She revealed "We do, [work out together] because we share the same trainer. He annoys me. He will correct me and I'm like, excuse me! But when I was training for the marathon he was really supportive, and he would come out on with runs with me. Anything over 5 miles though, he was like, 'na, I'm not doing that!'"

The former Saturdays singer tries to eat a healthy diet, telling us: "I really do try and eat well," she admits. "Not in a diet point of view but more to make sure I've got enough goodness. My body craves good food; so when I've not had enough fruit or veg it's like - I can tell."

Like everyone, Rochelle indulged over the Christmas period, and on her dreamy holiday to the Maldives with the family. "I've been very naughty over Christmas, but I needed it! My ultimate cheat meal, and my last meal if I was on death row, would be a roast dinner. I'm just such a Sunday roast fan. But I also want the dessert - I want the cheese board."

Asked if she ever feels self-conscious in the gym, Rochelle is refreshingly honest. "Yes. Especially when you look around and see someone's leg going higher than yours. Not self-conscious, more just aware that I haven't worked out in a while."

You may think that after the marathon, running would be her favourite exercise, but Rochelle prefers pilates and boxing. "They both make me feel really satisfied! They are my fave combo." Finding time for fitness can be a struggle for the busy TV presenter but she gets a workout done when she can. "When I first had Valentina and Alaia-Mai was at school, whenever she napped I would try and do a little bit."
