Kylie Jenner sent beauty addicts around the world into a frenzy on Tuesday when she debuted the latest shade of her lip kits collection – and it may be the edgiest yet. The Keeping up with the Kardashians star unveiled the bold new colour, which is a dark metallic black with blue undertones, named Majesty.
Kylie Jenner modelled Majesty in a short clip posted on Instagram
The 18-year-old reality TV star took to the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account where she posted a short clip of herself modelling the striking new shade, which is part of her metallics range. "NEW SHADE ALERT!" she wrote in the accompanying caption. "Black metal matte. #MAJESTY."
Kim Kardashian's younger sister also gave fans a closer glimpse of the new lip kit, in a snap of a swatch of the colour on her wrist. "My new black/blue metal matte lipstick I just couldn't wait to share coming super soon. Check snapchat!" she wrote.

Renowned for her fearless approach to beauty, Kylie wowed as she took to Snapchat to share a series of clips in which she rocked Majesty. "Like, how cool is this colour," she exclaimed in one clip.
The brunette beauty explained that she decided to launch the bold colour after she asked her fans what colour they would like to see next, and was met with calls from beauty fans for a black shade.
Kylie revealed she had "so many surprises" planned for fans
It seems the buddy beauty guru has more than a lip kit planned for the striking shade, revealing she was first inspired to launch a black/blue colour after receiving requests from fans.
"Remember when I asked you guys what colour you would want to see for Kylie Cosmetics?" she asked in another Snapchat video. "Well, a lot of you said black – so I have so many surprises!"
It's not the first time that Kylie has caused a stir with the launch of a new beauty product. Earlier this year the star wowed her legions of fans when she debuted a range of lipglosses in an edgy music video, looking as effortlessly cool as she and her friends modelled the new shades.
