We're often bombarded with images of women 'bouncing back' from their post-baby bodies after pregnancy. So it's refreshing to see a celebrity talk candidly about how their bodies have changed. Chrissy Teigen, who gave birth to son Miles two months ago, shared a video from her current holiday in Bali with husband John Legend, in which she frankly discussed her struggles with her body image after giving birth. In the clip the model and presenter is seen zooming in on her stretch marks, before telling her followers: "Guess these aren't just going to go away. This is my new body." She captioned the clip: "Mom bod alert!"

Later, the 32-year-old took to Twitter to explain that she hoped the images of her body would help other women who are struggling with their confidence. She wrote: "Instagram is crazy. I think it's awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!) but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol' bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing."

She continued: "Also I don't really call this 'body confidence' because I'm not quite there yet. I'm still super insecure. I'm just happy that I can make anyone else out there feel better about themselves!" Her followers were quick to heap praise on the mum-of-two for her honestly. One wrote: "Any body that creates another body is an awesome body!" Another said: "Chrissy, your body is amazing and I love how confident you are! (Even if you're faking it til you make it… joke's on you, you already made it!)"

Chrissy's not the only celebrity to discuss how her body has changed after having children recently. Khloé Kardashian recently took to Twitter to describe her new body as a "mindf*ck" and questioned whether it would "ever go back to normal". She wrote: "Body after baby is definitely not the same. My body… Will it ever go back to normal LOL it's a mindf*ck".
