Could this be Duchess Kate's favourite new perfume?

L.K. Bennett launch new scent

One of the Duchess of Cambridge's favourite brands, L.K.Bennett, has launched its very first fragrance called 'Signature', especially for spring! The beautiful vintage-style, art-deco bottle takes inspiration from the brand's classic style aesthetic and celebrates the rich, timeless heritage that people associate with the luxury company, which was founded in 1990. Could this be a scent that Duchess Kate will add to her perfume collection? Given that she is a huge fan of the brand, having worn many of their stunning designs, we think there's a high chance!  The sumptuous-smelling fragrance includes top notes of citrus, pepper and rhubarb. There are also heart notes of rose, jasmine and ylang ylang, which gives it a floral opium and perfectly compliment the base notes of warm woods and dry amber. The eau de toilette is available from March at L.K.Bennett online and in-store, and comes in three sizes, with prices starting at just £35.

Kate famously had Jo Malone's Orange Blossom candles lit in Westminster Abbey during her wedding to Prince William in April 2011. The crisp, fresh orange scent created a luxurious and opulent atmosphere inside the venue as William and Kate exchanged their vows and has been used by a number of brides on their special day ever since. Clarence House also confirmed that the pregnant royal's wedding perfume was actually White Gardenia Petals by Illumiumfor. The brand were relatively unknown until the wife of Prince William chose the scent for her nuptials and became an overnight sensation after the news broke.

Duchess Kate's soon-to-be sister-in-law Meghan Markle is a huge perfume fan. Speaking previously to the Express, she revealed: "Fragrance is my favourite thing. So much so that if I leave the house and I don't put any on, I'll turn around and go back home."
