In case you haven’t heard, Dior has just opened the most magnifique Christmas exhibition on the planet, set up inside the illustrious walls of Harrods. ‘The Fabulous World of Dior’ is every luxury jewellery, fashion fanatic and architectural connoisseur’s heaven.
The exhibition, created “in honour of the friendship forged between the House and Harrods over the past seventy years” will fill visitors with joie de vivre, with an immersive experience enriched with imitations of the architecture of Dior’s iconic locations – from Granville to the Cheateau of La Colle Noire, via 30 Montaigne. Impressive original creations specially designed for the exhibition also help the event come to life.

The Maison also launched the Café Dior, in “homage to British culture and the pleasure of receiving guests, dear to Monsieur Dior”. Not to mention a Shepherds Star erected as a central sculpture reaching an impressive 17 metres in height, the tallest Harrods has ever had to date.
The piece de resistance for all luxury jewellery lovers, is the two dazzling pop-up stores doused in Christmas decor fit for a fairytale. There are seven unique items only available at The Fabulous World of Dior, and they are simply incroyable. Of course being the magpies that we are, the team at Hello! Fashion got a closer look at some of the most exquisite Dior Joaillerie jewellery and watches, which you can only purchase at the exhibition itself. (Run, don’t walk.)
The gift shop of dreams
Both the Bois de Rose bracelets and the Rose Dior Couture collections are pieces created by Dior Joaillerie, of which Victoire de Castellane has been creative director for 22 years.
The Bois de Rose collection pays homage to Monsieur Dior’s favourite flower – the rose. The yellow, pink or white gold appendages are adorned in diamonds and truly exquisite.

Fitting the Bois de Rose aesthetic, The Rose Dior Couture range consists of a ring, a necklace and earrings each created with 18 karat gold.
Last but most certainly not least, the Grand Bal Plumes Précieuses Pastel by Dior Watches, with its signature face that “swirls like a ball gown”.
Santa’s grotto just got a luxurious upgrade.
