ASOS has long been a go-to for shopping trend-inspired fashion at the click of a button, and now they're expanding their range by making a foray into homeware! The retailer is currently recruiting for a homeware designer to work on an "exciting new ASOS collection", with the job set to involve developing and designing "multi product ranges including textiles, ceramics and hard goods".

Although we're still waiting for official details to be released about the line, ASOS has said that over the coming months they will be "introducing you to a roster of new home accessory brands as well as completely new ASOS brand coming to you in 2019".

The e-commerce site has already started expanding its range with home accessories and soft furnishings from a number of different brands including Sass & Belle, Pimkie and Karl Lagerfeld home. While this section was previously limited to gifts such as candles and trinkets, there are now a number of fashion forward home accessories on offer including rugs, bedding and lamps. Better still, there is something for everyone, with prices ranging between £3.50 to £200.

An increasing number of retailers have launched their own homeware collections over the past couple of years; Monsoon and New Look are among the high street stores who have expanded their product ranges, with the latter's duvet covers and accessories currently available on ASOS for under £30.

Meanwhile, the supermarket has also become a great spot to pick up designer-inspired home furnishings on a budget, thanks to the own-brand lines available at the likes of Morrisons, Tesco and ASDA. Budget-supermarket Aldi has also introduced stylish furniture and accessories within its Specialbuys, with everything from lamps to nesting tables that could easily be mistaken for similar pieces more than double the price. We can't wait to see what ASOS has to offer!
