In the latest update from the unexpected coupling that has us hooked, Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton looked more loved up than ever in snaps shared to both their social media feeds as they enjoyed a beach getaway together. Kim has a net worth of $2 billion while her new beau is worth a (smaller yet still impressive) $586 million, and together they have a dazzling array of properties totalling around the $240 million mark. Choosing a place to stay must be hard…
Kim's Hidden Hills family home
Kim's main residence is her iconic Hidden Hills compound, which she originally purchased with her ex-husband, Kanye West. The pair forked out $20 million and carried out an extensive renovation, and it is believed to be worth a dazzling $60 million now. The stars worked with Axel Vervoordt to design the interiors for the home, which Kim has previously described as a "minimal monastery" in its style. The pared-back décor is white, cream and grey throughout, with wooden accents, including in their open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. We get to see lots of this ultra-minimal home on Instagram.
Kim's Malibu mansion
Just over a 20-minute drive from their main home, the family have a beachside retreat in Malibu where they can go to soak up the sun, sea and sand. Kim made the $70.4 million purchase in 2022, which broke records for one of the priciest sales in the area. The residence once belonged to the legendary Cindy Crawford and highlights include a tennis court and infinity pool as well as three acres of tranquil land.
Kim's Coachella retreat
The star purchased land for $6.3 million and built her very own custom home in the picturesque setting of La Quinta, California. The Skims founder described the design as "concrete, grey-toned, and really zen". The family uses this as a vacation home.
Lewis' Colorado hideaway
Lewis always spends winter in the mountains at his house in Colorado, and in 2020, he told the BBC of the importance of his home there amid the Covid-19 pandemic: "I've never really been home [before]. In my winter, I go to the mountains [in Colorado], which I really see as my main home, because it's a house and it’s full of love and memories from people, the family that come every winter."
Lewis' Monaco residence
Monaco is synonymous with Formula One and many of the drivers lay down roots there. Lewis acquired a home in the area circa 2010, which is reportedly a four-bedroom duplex with views of the Mediterranean Sea. He classifies this as one of his main homes, along with the aforementioned Colorado hideaway.
Previously sharing a photo on Instagram of the views from his home, Lewis penned: "A place I call home, Monte Carlo. I am so blessed to live in such an incredible place. God is really shining down on me today."
Lewis' UK base
Originally from Hertfordshire, the Brit also has a London property. The six-bedroom Victorian mansion located in swanky Kensington set Lewis back £18.2 million ($23.2 million). Renovations at the address have ruffled feathers with neighbours.
Lewis' NY pad
The racing driver settled an eye-watering $40.7 million all-cash deal to buy a New York penthouse at 70 Vestry in 2016, according to the Robb Report. The building has luxury amenities like a gym and a pool, which we're sure fitness fan Lewis takes full advantage of.
Lewis' lakehouse
Whether it's to save on taxes or soak up the stunning views, Lewis has owned a gorgeous bolthole overlooking Lake Geneva in Switzerland since 2007.
Lewis' new apartment
In 2025, reports emerged that Lewis had dropped a large sum for an apartment in Milan's Porta Nuova district. Privacy is big for Lewis and we are yet to see inside.
