Tim Curry passed away aged 80, following years of health struggles. The popular actor died at his LA home, with 911 responders attending the scene after a call on 25 August. The fate of Tim's estate depends on whether the star had a will in place. With a will his assets will be divided by the beneficiaries named, but without a will, according to California inheritance laws, Tim's fortune will be classed as "intestate'. The state will then look into potential surviving family members and work out who the money and assets should be divided up between, but this process will take much longer.

The famed actor had battled severe health complications for over a decade, including an abdominal aneurysm and a debilitating 2012 stroke that left him paralyzed on his left side and reliant on a wheelchair.
