Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have relocated their two children to the UK for an "extended stay" while choosing to retain their stateside residence, an impressive $29 million estate in the star-studded enclave of Montecito. A fresh property has hit the market, and it's just a few minutes' drive from the Sussexes' private abode.
The property has been highlighted by Montecito Journal, as it reported on the growing number of residences that have been listed for sale in the past month.
The home sits at 802 West Park Lane and is on the market for a dazzling $11,350,000. It's a unique one-floored property with standout features like a pool and spa. Not to mention the guest suites and sweeping sea views.

There were rumours that Harry and Meghan could part ways with their $29 million Montecito mansion in California, but at present, it's looking like they want to keep it. The couple purchased the secluded 7.38-acre estate in 2020, and over the years, they have shared lots of glimpses, including a grand entrance with double wooden doors, a light-filled shared home office, and a rustic kitchen-diner with two islands. The property boasts sprawling grounds with a pool, playpark, a wine cellar and a private guest cottage.
Whenever the Sussexes have spoken out about their family home, they have gushed over it. In an interview with The Cut, Meghan revealed it was love at first sight when it came to their big real estate purchase. "We did everything we could to get this house. Because you walk in and go… Joy. And exhale. And calm. It's healing. You feel free," she told the publication.

Whilst details of Harry and Meghan's UK base remain under wraps, and could for quite some time for privacy reasons, the area that's surrounded by the most buzz is the Cotswolds.
The couple previously rented a home in Oxfordshire, and "loved" it. In Harry's memoir, Spare, he touched on the secret Oxfordshire bolthole they lived in together, penning: "We'd rented a house in Oxfordshire. Just a place to get away now and then [from] the maelstrom."
Ahead of moving into Frogmore, the couple stayed in Oxfordshire while renovations took place.
"While the work was being done, we thought we could move into Oxfordshire full time. We loved it out there. The air fresh, the verdant grounds—plus, no paps."
