Sarah Ferguson's charity has officially closed down as the former Duchess of York continues to keep a low profile.
According to the BBC, Sarah's Trust has been marked as "removed" on the public register of charities. The charity previously said in February that it would "close for the foreseeable future" but did not cite a reason for the decision.
The organisation is also listed as "converted / closed" on Companies House, while its Instagram page and website are now defunct.
Sarah launched the charity in 2020, which was "dedicated to supporting frontline, grassroots work to address the humanitarian and environmental crisis, the hunger crisis and issues perpetuating cycles of extreme poverty".

Sarah was dropped by numerous charities last year when it emerged years later that she wrote to Epstein, calling him a "supreme friend" despite publicly disowning him in the media.
Sarah's whereabouts revealed
The former Duchess has not been seen publicly for months and reportedly stayed with her ex-boyfriend and F1 tycoon Paddy McNally at his £15million Swiss chalet "Les Gais Lutins" in Verbier after being evicted from Royal Lodge, according to The Sun.
She had previously been spotted at the £14,000-a-week MayrLife Clinic in Australia back in March before a 90-day limit on staying in the EU ran out, and she was given refuge with Paddy in Switzerland.
© PA Images via Getty ImagesIt was revealed earlier this week that Paddy had died aged 88 after suffering from a long-term illness. He dated Sarah for three years, from 1982 to 1985, despite their 22-year age difference.
Meanwhile, Sarah's ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, is now residing at Wood Farm Cottage on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. He is set to move to his permanent home, Marsh Farm, once the renovations are complete.
Living with Andrew after their divorce
Sarah married then Prince Andrew on 23 July 1986 at Westminster Abbey, with millions tuning in to watch the televised ceremony. Their daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were born in 1988 and 1990 respectively.

In a previous interview with The Daily Mail in 2018, Sarah admitted of her relationship with her ex-husband: "We're the happiest divorced couple in the world. We're divorced to each other, not from each other."
