Mia Tindall is following in her mother Zara Tindall's footsteps.
The 12-year-old took the reins on Sunday to compete at the annual Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials, just like her mum. The young royal appeared confident in the saddle for the Heythrop Pony Club Blenheim Palace Show Jumping competition in Blenheim, Oxfordshire.
Mia looked so grown up and smart in her traditional riding uniform with tall riding boots, a fitted competition jacket, and her hair tied back beneath a black helmet. While Zara is used to being the one competing, the royal was there in the role as proud mum and spectator this time around as she supported her eldest daughter.

In a 2019 interview, Zara revealed both her daughters, Mia and Lena, had taken to riding.
"They both ride. Lena is in a little basket on the saddle, purely a passenger. But we just bought Mia a new pony called Magic," Zara told Australian publication Now to Love.
