Royal Family LIVE: Princess Anne and Prince Edward head North for royal engagements

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been in the UK for almost a month now, adjusting to their new countryside life and settling their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet into a brand-new school. While Harry has been making his mark with major events like the Invictus Spirit Awards and the Wellchild Awards, Meghan and the children have remained out of the spotlight.

However, on Wednesday, Meghan's bestie Kelly McKee Zajfen shared a social media round-up of her trip to the UK to visit the Sussexes. She traveled across the pond with her young baby Jack. In the collection of images was one featuring Princess Lilibet. Taken from behind, it showed the youngster's gorgeous long hair. See the photo.

Good morning, royal watchers! Today both Prince Edward and Princess Anne are heading North for their engagements. Edward will visit Brookes Bell, Exchange Flags, attend a lunch at the Athenaeum and visit HMS EAGLET in Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Princess Anne will be in Shropshire, attending a Reception to mark the 125th Anniversary of Harper Adams University in Shropshire and Fordhall Organic Farm to mark its 20th Anniversary. We'll also been keeping an eye on the Braemar Literary Festival where Queen Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles is making an appearance. 

Yesterday, the sad news broke that Mike Tindall's father Phil has passed away aged 80. Mike revealed the heartbreaking news on a new episode of his podcast, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby. "Unfortunately, my dad passed away last week," he told his co-hosts before going on to thank Otley Rugby Club in West Yorkshire following their special tribute to Mike's dad. The full story.
