Prince Edward is the youngest child of the late Queen Elizabeth II and the late Prince Philip. He wed Sophie Rhys-Jones six years after the pair met at a tennis match in 1993. After their wedding, they became the Earl and Countess of Wessex. In March 2023, King Charles made Edward and Sophie, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. The couple, who reside at Bagshot Park in Surry, share two children, Lady Louise Windsor and James, Earl of Wessex.
