The Prince and Princess of Wales gave a rare display of PDA in public this week as they attended a star-studded premiere in London.
Prince William And Kate reunited with Tom Cruise and later David Beckham at the Digger premiere in Leicester Square on Tuesday evening for a night with the stars.
The Princess, 44, dazzled in a floor-length purple gown by Jenny Packham – wowing both her husband and Tom Cruise, who offered her a gallant hand to aid her down the steps.
William also couldn't seem to keep his hands off his wife – ushering her onwards and placing a gentle and affectionate hand on her back.
© WireImageThe subtle moment didn't go unnoticed by royal fans, with one person commenting on social media: "She looks at him 😍 he touches her back 🥰."
The royal couple previously attended the UK premiere of Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick in Leicester Square in 2022.
Prince William and Kate steal the show at Digger premiere
On Tuesday, the Prince and Princess of Wales mingled with Hollywood royalty at the world premiere of Tom Cruise’s new film Digger.
A smiling Tom commented, "great jacket," as William walked towards him wearing a tuxedo with a striking double-breasted velvet jacket and bow tie on the red carpet – which was black for the night.

The film was shown at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square theatre, central London, to raise funds for The Film and TV Charity, which works to create healthier and more supportive working environments.
The American actor was also spotted holding Kate’s hand and helping her down the stairs on their way to the screen.
William and Kate briefly paused for pictures with the Beckhams before heading in to the screening.
Times we've seen William and Kate show PDA in public
While public displays of affection have historically been an unspoken no-no in royal protocol, there have been a few moments when Prince William and Kate have indulged in a bit of PDA.
They even hold hands in public, exchange loving looks, and, very occasionally, a kiss.
William can often be seen touching his wife's back in a show of support, and vice versa.

The couple appears to have become more affectionate in public in recent years, and in the wake of the Princess's cancer diagnosis in 2024.
In a moving three-minute montage to mark the end of her chemotherapy treatment that year, the couple held hands, with Kate resting her head on her husband's shoulder.
Famously, William and Kate sealed their marriage with a public kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, following their 2011 royal wedding.
