Princess Diana's former chef Darren McGrady will be sharing his memories of the late royal, as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas cooking and hosting tips, in an exclusive event hosted by HELLO! in New York City on Monday 9 November.
Our hosts of A Right Royal Podcast will be jetting into the Big Apple and interviewing Darren, who was Diana's chef for four years until her untimely death in 1997, and who also previously cooked for Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace for 11 years. He'll be speaking about his experience of working for Diana and her boys Princes William and Harry, sharing fascinating royal anecdotes, as well as some hilarious corgi stories!
Darren will also reveal his top tips on how to host the perfect, royal-approved Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner this year, without the stress.
