Meghan Markle and talent agent Ari Emanuel parted ways a few months ago, although the extraordinaire's brand, WME, still looks after her and Archewell.
However, during a recent interview with the Sunday Times, Ari delivered a blunt answer when he was asked about the Duchess of Sussex's future career. "Here's the great thing: I don't have to think about that any more," he simply said.
Although neither Meghan nor Ari have ever commented on their professional relationship, things reportedly soured pretty quickly, with Variety reporting that Ari dropped off her account after just three months, although she remained signed to WME.
Meghan will be looking to restart her career after she returned to the UK with her husband, Prince Harry, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, last month.

Deadline initially reported that Meghan has had preliminary conversations about a potential role in the show, which would mark her first significant acting role since her marriage to Prince Harry in 2018.
A source close to the family told HELLO! previously: "There have been inquiries in the entertainment space recently and things that she is considering but nothing is firm yet. There are only conversations."
After the show was officially confirmed to be returning for a third season, Manda Levin, Netflix's scripted chief in the UK, was asked about the possibility of the Duchess of Sussex taking on a role in the popular drama.

Meghan's acting career
Meghan's most famous role was paralegal Rachel Zane in Suits, but she also starred in Hallmark movies and films Horrible Bosses and Remember Me. She put her acting career on hold when she married Harry in 2018 in St George's Chapel, Windsor, telling the BBC at the time it marked the start of a "new chapter".

In 2022, Meghan shut down the possibility of a return to acting, telling Variety that she was "done". Although she did add: "I guess never say never, but my intention is to absolutely not."
