Meghan Markle has been pictured for the first time since arriving back in the UK nearly a month ago.
The Duchess of Sussex, 45, was seen mingling with Ellen DeGeneres, 68, and her wife, Portia de Rossi, 53, at the Three Horseshoes pub in Burford in photos obtained by PageSix.
The images were published as Meghan's husband, Prince Harry, spoke to HELLO! at the WellChild Awards at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London – with last-minute confirmation that the Duchess would not be joining him.
During the recent outing, Meghan looked casual in sunglasses, a relaxed-fit shirt and white jeans, carrying a coat as she entered the pub garden.
© PA Images via Getty ImagesShe was then seen "chatting and laughing" with the celebrity couple, who also relocated from the US to the Cotswolds in November 2024, before bidding them farewell, according to the outlet.
The Suits star has been friends with Ellen and Portia for years, after being neighbours in the US and attending their 2023 vow renewal.
Meghan even adopted Ellen's chicken, Sinkie, who had a broken leg.
Meghan's first sighting in the UK
The mother of two has kept a low profile since touching down at Birmingham Airport on 26 August.
However, she was previously spotted at Soho Farmhouse, according to Daily Beast editor-at-large Tom Sykes and reports in The Guardian.
She has also shared several snippets of her family's new life in the UK, including splashing in puddles on muddy walks and cosying up by the fire.
For Prince Harry's 42nd birthday last week, Meghan shared an adorable image of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet riding in a quad bike, with their beloved black Labrador Pula following behind – and an M&S bag of shopping revealing it was taken in the UK.
Meghan also appears to have hosted her close friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, for a trip to the UK in recent days.
Kelly shared sweet images of her baby son Jack out for a walk, enjoying fish and chips, and recovering from jet lag – all hints that she's decided to visit her pal in the UK.
Former model Kelly was one of Meghan's closest pals back in Montecito, California, where the Sussexes moved in 2020 after stepping down as senior royals.
She was part of Meghan's Mahjong squad – a skill HELLO! revealed that Meghan is now teaching her daughter, five-year-old Princess Lilibet.
Prince Harry opens up about family life at the WellChild awards
Meghan's resurfacing came as Prince Harry spoke exclusively to HELLO! at the WellChild Awards in London, opening up about family life.
"At breakfast this morning, they had a bit of Monday morning blues," Harry revealed in the full video interview.
"There's always something like Sunday night blues or boarding school... when you've been away, or before you go to school.
© HELLO!"But at breakfast this morning, I decided, 'You know what? You're being a little bit tricky, so I'm going to tell you exactly what I'm doing tonight.' And they were genuinely fascinated and asking all sorts of questions. So, like with all of my work and their mum's work as well, whatever we can do to try to instil some of that awareness, I think is absolutely crucial."
Harry, who has been patron of WellChild since 2007, added: "Once you become a parent, it does change everything. It's not the fact that for all the years that I wasn't a parent that meeting the kids didn't matter as much, but you suddenly realise how grateful you are to have kids that aren't sick."
They've also been trying British food since their return, joking that beans and toast "hadn't gone down very well", but Marmite on crumpets was a success.
