Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is taking legal action against Thames Valley Police over the search warrants linked to his arrest in February, with a private High Court hearing due on Thursday.

The former Duke of York, 66, was released under investigation and has not been charged, and a friend has reportedly told The Sun he is feeling "upbeat". But a Palace source has said it's been made clear that the private allowance Andrew receives from the King should not be used to fund the case, and that his legal defence is a matter for him and his lawyers.

Should the King keep supporting his brother financially? Vote below and share your thoughts in the comments.
