Meghan Markle has reflected on an autumn of "new adventures" after moving back to the UK with her family.
The Duchess of Sussex, 45, penned a note for her 2026 holiday catalogue for her lifestyle brand, As Ever, opening up about the "joy" of being back in Britain with her husband, Prince Harry, and children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Meghan's "autumn of new adventures" included "evening snuggles" with Archie, seven, and Lili, five, who are attending a school in the UK.
The mother of two wrote: "This year has reminded me how much joy can be found in the moments that make up a life.
"Evening snuggles with my children. Harvest baskets gathered for friends. Travel and adventure, time in the garden, building this business and sketching away at all the details, both big and small."
"All of it has mattered. All of it has felt meaningful," she added.
The Sussex family are currently abroad on an October half-term break, HELLO! understands, after "disturbing" revelations about Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, emerged last week.
Meghan's holiday collection with As Ever
Meghan and Harry returned to the UK in August after six years living abroad in Montecito, California – so the autumn season has likely been much cooler than they're used to, and they're getting in the festive spirit.
The Duchess has continued to release new products with her brand, including a holiday advent calendar inspired by her Montecito home.
She's also launched several homeware items, including crockery, a leather bookmark, candles, as well as a chocolate collaboration with Compartes.
Meghan has only made one public outing since returning to Britain, joining Prince Harry for three engagements in Nottingham earlier this month, though she's been spotted lunching near Hyde Park and spending time at Soho Farmhouse in the Cotswolds.
This is because she is focusing on her lifestyle brand and looking after the children, rather than public outings.
However, she has shared an adorable glimpse of family life in the UK on her Instagram account, including dog walks with black Labrador Pula, splashing in puddles, and warming up by the fire with Archie and Lili.
Real reason behind Harry and Meghan's return to the UK
During his interview with GQ Magazine last week, Harry finally revealed the reasons behind the family's return to the UK.
During the chat, which was filmed in New York, Harry, 42, was asked: "You've just moved back to the UK, how come?"
"Opportunities," he responded, before clarifying: "For the family. Being able to put the kids [Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet] in a British school meant a lot to me. I didn't realise how important it was to me.
"I always thought it would be something we would try and do, but now they've been in the school for two weeks, they're loving it, and it's giving them a whole different experience."
As well as his children's school, the Duke said that he wanted to be "closer to family" – though he didn't clarify who.
