Prince Harry shared insight into Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's latest obsession, while speaking with the young winners of the WellChild Awards in London on Monday.
During the heartwarming event, the 42-year-old spent time with Will Messer, winner in the Inspirational Child 7-11 category, and together the pair discussed their favourite movies and TV shows.
© POOL/AFP via Getty Images"Gladiator is pretty special," Harry exclusively told HELLO! of his own movie preferences. "Every time my kids want to watch something, it's Minions. I'm obsessed, but not as much as my kids," he added. "What about Ice Age? Who doesn't love the squirrel with his nut?"
The Minions film is a spinoff of Despicable Me, the 2010 movie starring Steve Carell. The Minions themselves are small yellow cartoon creatures with their own language and a uniform of blue overalls.
Archie and Lilibet's TV habits
© FilmMagicMonday's event was not the first time that the prince has shared insight into Archie and Lilibet's watching habits. He surprised This Morning's Alison Hammond in July by revealing that his kids "love" The Great British Bake Off's junior spinoff.
"My kids love Junior Bake Off," he shared. "Absolutely love it. And I love it as well. It's far better than the grown-up version." As a toddler, Archie loved to watch The Octonauts and StoryBots, as his mother, Meghan Markle, told Variety.

"Archie, he's loved Octonauts for a really long time. It's amazing because he's getting into more throwback shows like Magic School Bus," she explained. "Who would have thought? He thinks it's great. So that's been pretty fun to see it again through his eyes."
"And StoryBots, it's fantastic," she continued. "It's such great educational programming for kids. It's great, fun, so many good songs. And I've become that mum where I'm like sitting around with friends, and I start singing."
"I'm like, 'What am I singing? Oh my God, I'm singing StoryBots. I am not singing Beyoncé in that moment. I'm singing StoryBots.'"
Disney dreams
Meanwhile, Lilibet is a huge Disney fan, and appears to have chosen Ariel from The Little Mermaid as her favourite Disney princess – she even had a cake topped with the famous mermaid for her fourth birthday in 2025.

"I've had the pleasure of meeting @meghan over food, and let me tell you, she and her well-known significant other are some of the most down-to-earth people I've ever met," he wrote. "We talked about our families (mostly about our daughters being in their princess phase and the movies they love) and, of course, about food."

© USA Network, GettyMeghan is a TV veteran herself, having starred as Rachel Zane in the legal drama Suits for seven seasons. When asked by Variety how she would react if her children chose to pursue a Hollywood career as she did, her reply was simple.
"I would say, 'Great!' When you become a parent, you genuinely want your kids to find the things that bring them complete joy," she explained. "I want them to be able to carve out their own path. If it's the entertainment industry, great. And also, good luck."
