Anna Williamson: 'I Felt Invisible in My 40s'

1. Goodies galore

The iconic, light-filled Bluebird Chelsea provided the ultimate chic backdrop for the night. Before the panel even kicked off, guests hit the L’Oréal Paris shade-matching station to get custom-matched to the True Match Hyaluronic Tinted Balm, walking away with that effortless, hydrated midlife glow. Not to mention an epic goodie bag.

2. Ateh Jewel entering her "Samantha Era"

In one of the biggest crowd-pleasing moments of the night, podcast host Ateh Jewel had the room roaring when she announced she’s officially ditching her "thirsty" Carrie Bradshaw past. She declared she’s fully entering her Samantha Jones era- putting herself, her family, her friends, and her own joy at the centre of her universe instead of waiting for external validation.

3. Cassie Steer’s 'Power Perfume' ritual & balm obsession

HELLO!'s Beauty Editor Cassie Steer kept it real about pre-event jitters, revealing her secret weapon: a grounding "power perfume" spray that acts as emotional armour. She also broke down why heavy, cakey foundations are out, and why lightweight, skin-loving balmy textures are the ultimate secret to vibrant, radiant midlife skin.

4. Anna Williamson’s core values masterclass

When self-doubt, perimenopause brain fog, or comparison traps creep in, therapist Celebs Go Dating star Anna taught us her go-to grounding tool: returning to your core values. Reminding the room that your core values are your personal "life's rulebook," she shared how anchoring into what you stand for instantly cuts through the noise and lowers anxiety.

5. Electric room energy & real sisterhood

The best part of the night was hands-down the community in the room. From audience members bravely calling out workplace ageism to hilarious, candid chatter about midlife dating and returning adult kids, the room felt like a giant warm hug where every woman was seen, heard, and celebrated.
