Pregnant screen favourite Julia Roberts, who's currently on location in Italy, seems to be suffering some of the queasiness lots of mums-to-be get in the early months, but it hasn't stopped her flashing that famous broad smile.

The 36-year-old actress is in Rome to film Ocean's Twelve, the sequel to Ocean's Eleven, with Hollywood hunks George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon.

While shooting a scene for the comedy/drama heist movie at Fiumicino airport, Julia felt sick and had to take time out to go and sit quietly in a non-smoking area of the set to recover.

But the Mona Lisa Smile star, who already has one film - Closer - in the can this year, was soon back in action and smiling again after sipping some water. Julia, who confirmed a couple of weeks ago that she and husband Danny Moder are expecting, is said to have given up smoking and taken up yoga to help her through first-time pregnancy.
