Alexa Chung made sure she rang in her 32nd birthday in style with close friends Daisy Lowe, Jack Guinness, Drew Elliot and Aimee Phillips at a luxury manor house in Wilderness Reserve in the heart of Suffolk.
The fashion icon escaped the city for a weekend of fresh air, fun and relaxation, staying in Sibton Park, a Grade II* Listed Georgian country bolthole.
Set within a vast private estate of 4,500 acres, the cool crew were undisturbed for the duration of their stay. No doubt the group felt like the Downton Abbey cast as they lounged in the formal and charming reception rooms, including the drawing room adorned with the original Chinoiserie wallpaper and the huge dining room with seating for 22.
When they weren't wining and dining, they were out exploring the grounds. birthday girl Alexa posted a selfie capturing the group wrapped up against the chilly weather with a furry friend along for the journey.
Other luxuries to keep the model and her friends entertained were a gym, a games room, a naturally-filtered swimming pool and a hot tub.
A private cinema room would also have made for the perfect chilled-out evening, with comfy armchairs and a special movie menu to choose from. Outside, meanwhile, they may have tried their hand at clay-pigeon shooting, fishing, bird-watching, buggy tours and cycling.
The five-star property also comes fully-serviced with a chef, butler, waiting staff and daily housekeeping.
Sibton Park was built in 1827 and offers accommodation for up to 24 guests in spacious bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Other nearby properties in the reserve include The Clockhouse, The Barn and The Gate Lodges, all charming houses available for hire.
