As summer reaches its peak, French fashion house Chanel has presented its annual Croisière collection, an array of holiday pieces that will definitely be hanging in the wardrobe of the best-dressed woman on the yacht.

Designer Karl Lagerfeld has created a line of cruise wear based on pastel dessert tones – with many of the pieces featuring appetizing dishes of colourful sorbet – that captures the essence of Chanel elegance.

Model Louise Pedersen stars in this year's flirty Croisiere campaign, with the Danish beauty showing off the array of feminine creations in pistachio, vanilla and strawberry ice cream-pink.

The delicious designs range from a flirty rose-coloured suit in Chanel's trademark tweed to a Fifties-style one-piece swimsuit the colour of lemon sorbet. Of course, accessories are not overlooked – among the baubles topping off the range of outfits are colourful bubblegum-toned handbags, bracelets and belts featuring the famed label's prestigious logo.
