Take a look inside Kendall Jenner's new £6.5million Beverly Hills home

Kendall Jenner is proving to be quite the property tycoon! Just months after selling her LA starter home and the West Hollywood estate she bought from John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, the model has snapped up another property – and it also has a famous former owner.

The 21-year-old has spent $8.55million (around £6.5million) on a mansion in Beverly Hills, which Charlie Sheen previously purchased for his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, in 2012. The five-bed, six-bathroom home was built in 1991 and is set back behind gates on a sprawling 6,625 square foot estate.

And it's easy to see what attracted Kendall to the property; as well as featuring a large backyard with swimming pool and spa, the house also has a movie theatre, office, family room, tennis court and playground, which will be ideal for visits from Kendall's young nieces and nephews. The property has a Spanish-inspired design, with high beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled flooring and Mediterranean influences throughout. The entrance leads into a large living area with a traditional log fire, sofas and a coffee table. A further separate seating area leads off this room and it is currently furnished with brown leather armchairs and wooden flooring.

Kendall's new home has a fully-equipped kitchen with a large centre island where there is a double oven, sink and a breakfast bar with seating for two people. The kitchen is currently fitted with rustic wooden cupboards and leads directly out onto the garden area via two sets of double doors.

The model will be able to entertain her famous family and friends in the dining room, which has a large table with seating for six people, and leads out into the garden. There is tiled flooring throughout and an ornate chandelier hanging over the dining table.

There are five bedrooms in Kendall's new property including this large room which has vaulted ceilings, wooden flooring and a traditional fireplace at the centre. There is a double bed in the middle of the room, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and arched doorways that lead through to the hallway.

Kendall's home has six bathrooms, including this spacious suite fitted with a large bathtub, separate walk-in shower cubicle and double vanity area with two sinks and plenty of storage space for all of Kendall's beauty products. A walk-in wardrobe is accessible at the end of the corridor.

The private estate has a large garden with a swimming pool, spa and sunbeds, several outdoor seating areas along with a tennis court, and huge playground area that will no doubt prove popular when Kendall's nieces and nephews come to visit.
