Who is Brigitte Nielsen?
Model and actress Brigitte Nielsen is best known as the '80s TV warrior Red Sonja who sets out on a mission to avenge her slaughtered family.
Born on 15 July 1963, Brigitte got her start on screen in her defining star role for Red Sonja. She went on to appear in Rocky IV and Cobra. Before her career in acting, Brigitte modelled for Greg Gorman and Helmut Newton.

Brigitte tied the knot with her first husband, composer Kaspar Winding, in 1983, separating a year later. The couple welcomed son Julian in April 1984.
Julian has inherited his father's musical talent, composing 'The Demon Dance' for horror feature The Neon Demon. He's been working in music for showbiz since 2009 and is currently based in Berlin.

Killian Marcus Nielsen, 36
Killian Nielsen is the son of Brigitte and ex-New York Jets player Mark Gastineau. Born on 15 December 1989, Killian moved to Italy shortly after he was born.
He now works as an actor, model and internet personality. He has been dating Laura Barbieri since 2021, per the first post of the loved up couple posted to his feed.

Douglas Aaron Meyer, 33
After Brigitte's marriages to Sylvester Stallone and Sebastian Copeland, the actress tied the knot with actor Raoul Meyer in 1993. Douglas, born the same year, is the older of the two and works as a model in Italy where he grew up.
He is close to his siblings and a hands-on older brother to the Nielsen family's latest addition, with Brigitte posting a carousel of the pair captioned "siblings love ❤️ Frida smiles Douglas".

Raoul Ayrton Meyer Jr, 30
Born on 21 May 1995, Brigitte's second child with Raoul and her youngest son keeps his life mostly private. Raoul Jr grew up with his brothers in Italy.
His most public project was a shared project with older brother Douglas to launch gin company RD/19 based in Milan in 2021. They were awarded a bronze medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2023, per their Instagram.

Frida Dessi, 7
Brigitte's youngest, and her only daughter, Frida was born on 22 June 2018. Brigitte tied the knot with husband Mattia Dessi in 2006 and underwent years of IVF treatments before daughter Frida's arrival.
