Brooks Nader almost revealed more than she planned when she suffered a wardrobe malfunction minutes before hitting the red carpet at the 2026 FOX Upfronts on Monday.

The 29-year-old "busted out" of her tiny red mini dress after it split open at the back and exposed her white underwear, four minutes before she was due at the event to promote the Baywatch reboot.

Brooks shared a photo on her Instagram Stories, showing her standing with her back to a mirror in a dressing room, revealing the large tear in her dress.

"When you bust out of your dress 4 minutes before showtime!!! Classssssicc," she wrote over the photo, alongside two laughing crying emojis.

Instead of changing her outfit, Brooks shared another photo, showing her being sewn into the dress. "We've got 4 earth angels sewing me back into this sucker," she wrote.

Moments later, Brooks was confidently posing alongside some of her Baywatch co-stars in her newly mended dress, which hugged her curves and highlighted her endlessly long legs and tiny waist.

Brooks stars as Selene, the captain of the Zuma Beach Lifeguards, in the Baywatch reboot, and called her casting a "pinch me moment."

"It's such an honor to pay homage to the original series and to the muses of Baywatch," she told Extra at the upfronts. "They've been on my mood board, both Carmen Electra and Pamela Anderson, since before I can remember.

"I feel like I kind of manifested this role with my Sports Illustrated cover [in] 2023. I was wearing the red one-piece, and I was like, 'This is so Baywatch,' and lo and behold, here we are."

She added: "It's a pinch-me moment, and hopefully we make everyone proud. We're honored to be filling those shoes."

The original Baywatch series, led by David Hasselhoff and also starring Pamela Anderson, Nicole Eggert, Yasmine Bleeth, and more in a rotating ensemble, was a cultural juggernaut when it aired, first on NBC for a single season in 1989-90, then on syndication until May of 2001.

While there have been spin-off versions and even a 2017 film adaptation (starring Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron), this is the show's first official return to the airwaves since the aughts.

The Baywatch reboot will arrive as part of Fox's 2026-27 TV season, slated to premiere on the network in late January 2027 with 12 episodes.

Stephen Amell was the first official cast member announced. He will play the lead role of Hobie Buchannon, son of Mitch Buchannon (Hasselhoff), who is a Baywatch Captain.

Jessica Belkin plays Charlie Vale, the daughter Hobie never knew he had, who reunites with him to become a Baywatch lifeguard like her father and grandfather.

The reboot also stars Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone, Noah Beck, Shay Mitchell, and Livvy Dunne. David Chokachi and are so far the only two original stars set to reprise their roles.
