Naomi Watts made a seriously stylish entrance at the Zurich Film Festival as she stepped onto the green carpet in a striking sheer white lace gown.
The actress, who turns 58 on September 28, attended the festival in Switzerland on Saturday for a special screening of her new movie The Housewife, and ensured all eyes were on her with her ethereal look.
Naomi's floor-length dress featured intricate floral lace from top to bottom, with sheer panels creating a dramatic 'naked' effect across the bodice and skirt.

She completed the look with pointed heels and kept her jewelry understated, allowing the intricate gown to do the talking.
Naomi wore her signature blonde bob in loose, tousled waves around her face and opted for fresh, glowing makeup with a soft pink lip.

It was a particularly special night for Naomi, who was presented with the Zurich Film Festival's prestigious Golden Eye Award for her performance in The Housewife. The actress posed proudly with the award during the ceremony at Kongresshaus on September 26.
The festival praised Naomi for what it described as an outstanding performance in the Ben Shirinian-directed drama, in which she plays an elegant and mysterious woman living in 1960s New York whose seemingly perfect life begins to unravel.

She went on to cement her status as one of Hollywood's most versatile stars with roles spanning blockbuster horror, drama and independent film.
Her performance in 21 Grams earned her her first Academy Award nomination for Best Actress, while she received a second for The Impossible, in which she played a mother caught up in the devastating 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.
