Lizzo flaunted her impressive weight loss in a new video on social media.
The singer shared a clip of herself donning a tiny red bikini as she smiled wide while playing with her hair and posed with peace signs.
The video's narration included the statement, "What's left of Lizzo is here," which was from Pete Davidson's joke on The Roast of Kevin Hart, and referenced The Nutty Professor.
The star took the narration and ran with it as she captioned the post: "Showing off what's left of me in @yitty swim," with a winking emoji.
Fans flocked to the comments to cheer on her transformation. One person wrote: "So fineeee," while another added: "Girl you look amazing. You're on fire."
A third person continued: "Ooooo fine as wine," as one fan commented: "You killing them Lizzo."
Lizzo's weight loss journey
The performer has lost over 60 pounds since 2023, and on top of that, she dropped her body mass index by 10.5 points while decreasing her body fat by 16%.
The singer previously opened up about giving Ozempic a try in the past and quickly realizing it wasn't for her.
Instead, the entertainer decided to do the math to get closer to her body goals.
She revealed on the Just Trish podcast that her approach to weight loss is simple, expressing: "I've tried everything. It's just the science, for me, calories in vs. calories out. Ozempic works because you eat less food. It makes you feel full. So, if you can just do that on your own and get mind-over-matter, it's the same."
Easier said than done, but the star mastered the theory by being honest about her intake and making changes to her diet.
Lizzo added: "When I was vegan, I was consuming a lot of fake meats. I was eating a lot of bread. I was eating a lot of rice, and I had to eat a lot of it to stay full. But really I was consuming like 3,000 to 5,000 calories a day."
Lizzo's diet
As part of her game plan, Lizzo continuously stuck to the same meals to build consistency, and she shared her go-tos on her social media.
To start her day off, she has two scrambled eggs, a cauliflower hash brown and chicken sausage. Lunch calls for a shredded Thai chicken salon or sliced chicken breasts, paired with lettuce wraps with tuna.
Her last meal of the day occurs before her cut off time of 5pm, and she enjoys turkey meatloaf, and a side of green beans and cauliflower mashed potatoes.
Besides her food choices, she also locked in when it came to having discipline with her workouts. The singer does a variety of strength training, Pilates, jumping rope, and on her lighter days, taking walks.
Slow and steady wins the race as they say, and Lizzo is enjoying the fruit of her labor now.
