The actress shared a carousel on social media and provided her fans with a behind-the-scenes look at her latest adventure in Austria.

In the photoset, the star was spotted taking it easy while enjoying a boat ride, doing yoga, and eating healthy meals during her trip, which was for a good reason.

Melanie revealed in her caption "I've just spent a few wonderful weeks at @vivamayrmariawoerth in Austria – an incredible place dedicated to wellness, healing and renewal."

She shared that during her time there, she discovered the secret behind a high-quality life, explaining: "It gave me the chance to truly recharge, replenish and relax. 'The Cure' is an amazing health reset, centered around being good to your body, mind and soul."

She mixes her routine up with the elliptical, leg lifts, cable pulldowns, barbell bicep curls, and alternating lunges exercises.

She revealed: "I work out with @gunnarfitness three times a week, sometimes more if he hasn't kicked my [expletive] too hard. I'm determined to stay fit at 63. Also Gunnar's one of the funniest, kindest, most interesting people I've ever met. We laugh, he pushes me hard. Happy grateful woman I am!"

The personal trainer advised that the most productive workouts include a "mix of multi-joint strength movements (push-ups, squats, lunges, rows) coupled with high-intensity bouts of cardio," per Organic Authority.

As for his diet recommendations, he stated: "Stick to foods as close to their natural state as possible. Light proteins, light complex carbs and fruit that is high in antioxidants (e.g. blueberries) in the morning; clean carbs, veggies and light protein midday; and veggies and protein in the evening."

He concluded: "Make breakfast bigger than lunch, and lunch bigger than dinner."
