JAG star Catherine Bell shared an inspiring body transformation post on social media that got her fans talking.
The actress revealed an eye-catching six-month change, by sharing before and after photos of her body, as well as a behind the scenes look into her workout routine.
The star posted a side-by-side picture from November 2025 and May 2026 in her carousel of shots. The results were impressive, as Catherine showcased toned abs in the most recent shot.
Catherine's expressions were also noteworthy, as the previous picture displayed the actress with a neutral face, and the current one, with a smile from the visible progress.
Also featured in the motivating carousel were shots of Catherine hitting the gym, with the overlaid text: "Proof that small habits really do add up…" as well as a picture of the star proudly flexing her muscles.
Catherine gets vulnerable
Although the transformation was no small feat and should be celebrated, the star was initially hesitant about posting the looks.
She captioned: "Almost didn't share the second photo because it felt a little vulnerable… but I think sometimes we all need a little reminder that change doesn't happen overnight, but sometimes slowly, quietly, and through CONSISTENCY, especially as we get older!"
The star also revealed that the big change came from taking small steps towards her fitness goal.
Catherine added: "Nothing extreme. Just moving more, building strength by lifting weights (dumbbells at home!) and taking better care of myself little by little."
The star invited her followers to join her on her fitness journey, as she expressed: "Starting June 1, I'm doing a 14-Day Belly Blast challenge focusing on core, strength, and specifically targeting that stubborn belly fat and I thought it might be fun to do it together. Catherine's workouts
In another post Catherine shared a video of herself working out in her living room and gym and eating a healthy breakfast.
The star provided further insight into her established routine, writing: "I've been hinting at this for months and I'm finally telling you everything."
She gushed: "Last November I started something quietly — and it has completely changed my body and how I feel – stronger than I've been in years. That stubborn over-40 (or 50!) weight? Gone. Actual muscle? Yes. And I travel constantly — this works from anywhere, all you need is dumbbells."
