Al Roker and Craig Melvin have money on their mind — and what it can't buy them!

Amid chatter over the record-breaking price of NBA Finals tickets in New York City to see the Knicks — get-in prices were approximately $9,000 a few days ago but have since dipped to around $5,000 on StubHub — the TODAY anchors kicked off the Monday, June 8 installment of 3rd Hour joking that tickets aren't the only thing they apparently can't afford.

As Al began the broadcast celebrating the 42nd anniversary of the release of Ghostbusters, Craig and Laura Jarrett, who was in for Dylan Dreyer, teased him over the fact that the iconic theme song didn't play when photos of the movie, including of himself with the cast, appeared on the screen.

"Who you gonna call, call the bank," Al joked, as he noted TODAY would likely have to pay a fee for the copyrighted work. "Sorry, can't afford it."

"Just like you can't afford those Knicks tickets!" he then teased, turning to Craig, who later in the broadcast, as he and Al noted their sons did in fact ask for tickets, said he told his own: "Not if you wanna go to college."
