Kaley Cuoco made her first red carpet appearance since announcing she is expecting her second child with her fiancé, Tom Pelphrey, and it was an eventful evening.
The 40-year-old looked gorgeous at the LA premiere of HBO's Life, Larry and The Pursuit of Unhappiness on June 23.
Kaley was glowing as she posed for photos, cradling her blossoming baby bump in a black maxi dress with a pleated skirt, an item she pulled from her own wardrobe because "nothing fits" her changing physique.
The Big Bang Theory star later revealed that she had so much fun at the premiere, she "almost gave birth" early.
"Took the bump out for the #lifelarryandthepursuitofunhappiness premier last night!" she shared on Instagram on Wednesday, June 24.
"What a dream to be part of the #larrydavid world. Thanks for having me come play once again."
She added: "This show is so funny I almost gave birth from laughing so hard @hbomax glam! @hairbymarilee @dendoll wearing my own clothes cause nothing fits lol."

"Completing our little family, what a dream come true! This second time around, journey has been a little windier in many ways, but wow we are so grateful for this moment!! Little sissy on the way!!!" Kaley wrote alongside a photo of herself, Tom, and their daughter, Matilda, eating a rainbow sprinkle-covered gender reveal cake.

Tom similarly posted many of the same photos, captioning his own announcement post with: "Deep gratitude and joy – so much respect and admiration for @kaleycuoco on this journey of ups and downs. (Doc gave her a little prod for the pic and this was her immediate response…. definitely my child)."

Announcing the birth of their first child, Kaley said: "Introducing Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle.
