Jennifer Garner has embraced pastel hues into her sartorial agenda this season, as she stepped out for the premiere of her new Peacock series The Five Star Weekend in Los Angeles on July 8 in a chic number.
The actress looked stylish in a strapless midi dress that featured a bandeau neckline and figure-hugging silhouette. The garment featured colors of pastel yellow, pink, and purple in striped blocks. Jennifer accessorized with pointed-toe nude pumps and a pair of dainty earrings. Her luscious locks were swept back into an elegant updo with face-framing tendrils while her makeup oozed soft glam, courtesy of a bronze eye, a pinch of blush, and a nude lip.
Due to the strapless design of the dress, Jennifer's toned arms and shoulders were on full display. The actress has been busy serving up a fashion marathon this week, as she stepped out in a floral dress for a Beverly Hills dinner on July 7.
Jennifer looked radiant in a baby-blue by Carolina Herrera. The garment featured a pink-and-red floral print with a corseted bodice and A-line skirt. The bold gown was styled with matching pointed-toe red heels.
In Five-Star Weekend, a new series on Peacock based on Elin Hildebrand's novel, Jennifer portrays Hollis Shaw, a beloved food influencer grappling with loss who hosts four friends from different chapters of her life for a weekend in Nantucket, where hidden truths emerge and relationships evolve amid coastal luxury. The show hits the streaming platform on July 9. Jennifer is also an executive producer on the series.
Jennifer Garner's workout routine
Jennifer's workout routine combines low-impact sessions with high-intensity training and weight-lifting. "I realised that I had pursued strength and stamina at the expense of mobility, so I’m incorporating things I haven’t done in so long, like yoga. I have to back up to go forward," she told Marie Claire.
She blends The Limit with Beth Nicely with gyrotonics, which she calls her "favorite". Gyrotonics is a low-impact movement system that uses specialized equipment to enhance the body's natural, three-dimensional spiralling and circular motions. It improves spinal flexibility, functional strength, and overall balance by linking movement with breath, creating greater energy, core strength, and mind-body awareness.
The star is also a big fan of trampolining for cardio and often films herself bouncing on a mini trampoline from the comfort of her home.
