Jennifer Garner gave her fans a rare peek inside her $7.4 million mansion – all while lifting some pretty heavy weights.

The actress took to Instagram on October 9 to share a post capturing a few recent moments during her busy schedule. In one clip, Jennifer stood on a yoga mat in her luxurious home gym, framed by a balcony view. Clad in a black vest and Lycra leggings, she flexed her muscles for the camera while lifting heavy dumbbells – before the camera turned to reveal her trainer applauding her progress over a video call.

Jennifer's brunette locks were swept back into a high ponytail and she opted for a makeup-free complexion. Jennifer's workout routine combines low-impact sessions with high-intensity training and weight-lifting. "I realised that I had pursued strength and stamina at the expense of mobility, so I’m incorporating things I haven’t done in so long, like yoga. I have to back up to go forward," she previously told Marie Claire.

She blends The Limit with Beth Nicely with gyrotonics, which she calls her "favorite". Gyrotonics is a low-impact movement system that uses specialized equipment to enhance the body's natural, three-dimensional spiralling and circular motions. It improves spinal flexibility, functional strength, and overall balance by linking movement with breath, creating greater energy, core strength, and mind-body awareness.

The star completed the construction of her farmhouse-style property in Brentwood, Los Angeles, in September 2024. Jennifer acquired the land back in 2019 following her divorce from Ben Affleck and opened the doors to her stunning estate in an interview with Architectural Digest.

"I’m so excited to show you my kitchen because, since the day I moved in, this is the first time ever that the counter’s been clean," she shared. "I love a wood kitchen. So, the house really is like being inside a treehouse."

Jennifer designed and built the home from the ground up. Jennifer discussed how she "wanted [the home] to feel old and cool and historic, but I also wanted to make it work for a big family with a lot of things going on."

She added: "I looked and looked for a house to move into, but I needed privacy, and any house that had privacy was more grand than I felt comfortable in. I was frustrated, but finally said, 'Okay, I think I'm going to have to build,' and found this lot."

Jennifer teamed up with husband-and-wife architectural duo Steve and Brooke Giannetti to help design her living space. The duo drew inspiration for the star's upbringing in West Virginia and included earthy, wooden tones within the house.
