Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have finalized their divorce, just one month after first filing.
The "I Am Not Okay" singer, 41, filed for divorce on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, citing the former couple's date of separation as May 9.
The Dumb Blonde podcast host has since shared that he filed after a Mother's Day argument, and though she did not initially want to move forward, she has not only agreed to the split but also gushed over how well her ex-husband is taking care of her throughout the process.
© Getty ImagesNow, court documents obtained by TMZ reveal even more details of just how well Bunnie will be taking care of, starting off with the one-time lump sum payment.
The settlement further indicates they will split items such as an aircraft as well as cars, homes and various intellectual properties, but it all comes with one stipulation: that they won't speak ill about each other to the media or otherwise.
Bunnie has in fact done the opposite already, revealing on her podcast that she is walking away from the 10-year marriage with her "dream house," a three-house compound in Tennessee that they were in the middle of building amid their split.

"My husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms. We're literally settling our divorce. We've done it in two weeks, three weeks," Bunnie continued, adding: "J is so [expletive] sweet that he's giving me that compound in the divorce, because he knows how special it is to me."
Bunnie further revealed that despite their divorce, their plans to have a baby together — the former model has been candid about their IVF journey — remain. "We're going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other," she said.

© Getty ImagesShe also said that she encouraged Jelly Roll to "file the [expletive] divorce papers after they argued on Mother's Day, but she didn't actually want him to go through with it, admitting she was "speaking out of anger and frustration."
"I felt like we deserved a chance to go to therapy and figure [expletive] out," Bunnie explained. "He didn't feel that way, and I respect it. It took me a month and a half now to respect that."
