Tiffani's connection to nature
The star loves spending quality time with the closest people in her life and when her family isn't away, they tend to gather a lot in their home garden.
She shared with The Healthy: "Taking time to reset with myself and my family is something I never skip. And a lot of that quality time is spent in the garden, caring for our fruit trees and beds of vegetables. It's truly my favorite hobby, and taking the time to center myself in my 'happy place' helps me thrive in every other role in my life."
Tiffani discovered that gardening provides immense emotional benefits and helps her get re-centered.
The actress explained: "Gardening really helps me feel grounded and brings me back to my roots—pun intended. Not only do I experience a connection and level of stress relief when I’m spending time in my garden, but I also really enjoy the challenge. I also continue to expand my knowledge around growing various plants, vegetables and fruits, as well as composting."
Her passion for environmentalism began when she was a little girl, and she makes sure to give back to nature which provides so much for her in return.
She expressed: "For me, reducing food waste was instilled at a young age, and it's something that I hope to pay forward and inspire in others with my new book [Deliciousness]. Composting is another easy, yet sustainable way to reduce food waste. It may seem intimidating and time-consuming, but it really isn't!"
