Eva Longoria, 51, showed off her curvaceous figure in a plethora of bikinis during her recent getaway.
The star shared a fun carousel on social media with the caption: "Summer is summering," with a sun and orange heart emoji.
The entertainer was seen sun-tanning in a cheetah bikini with a white straw hat, donning a bold pink bikini with a white button-down shirt while shopping, and embracing her family members at lunch while flaunting an indigo bikini with the overlaid text: "My soulmates…."
Fans flocked to her post to cheer her on. One person wrote: "Gorgeousness xx enjoy," while a second person added: "Glowing." A third follower continued: "Girl you look amazing, so beautiful."
Eva's workouts
Eva puts in the time at the gym to maintain her elegant physique, and her fitness routine is heavily ingrained in her lifestyle. She proudly calls that time: "Meditation, my 'me hour,' my self-care," per Today.
She explained: "I've always been an exerciser. It gives me energy. I don't really do it for vain reasons, I do it for my mental health."
The performer has a background in kinesiology, therefore, she has an immense passion for fitness.
Eva continued: "I was an aerobics instructor in college, I was a trainer. My degree is in kinesiology, so it's just been part of my lifestyle. It's not something that I do, it's part of my life."
As for what kind of workout she's drawn too, she tends to lean towards both trampoline cardio as well as strength training.
The Desperate Housewives star usually decides between rebounding for 30 minutes, lifting weights for an hour, or trampoline exercises.
Being that she's extremely busy, if she doesn't have the time to fit in a sweat session, she goes for a stretch or walk. Eva shared: "I need to do something."
Eva's diet
When it comes to Eva's diet, she prioritizes balance over strictness.
The actress explained: "I don't think I live by any hard and fast rules of restriction. I think it's just moderation and just common sense. I'm lucky that I gravitate to healthy things. I love fish and vegetables. I love chicken and vegetables. I love beef and vegetables."
The star is proud of her Mexican heritage and her diet growing up tended to be on the healthier side.
She added: "I didn't grow up with bread. I'm Mexican. We grew up with tortillas. The Mexican diet, in its origins, is pretty healthy."
When she's on vacation, she gives herself more flexibility while enjoying her time off, and she emphasized: "I'm on vacation. [But] when I have to prepare for something, I prepare for something."
