Shannon Elizabeth became one of the most recognisable faces of the late '90s after her breakout role in American Pie – but more than 25 years later, she's making more money than ever away from Hollywood.
The 52-year-old actress has revealed she is now a multimillionaire thanks to OnlyFans, after joining the subscription platform in April.
Shannon made her first $1 million in just nine days and has since earned millions, eclipsing the money she received for some of the biggest movies of her career.

The windfall has come at a particularly significant time for Shannon, who revealed she had largely been living off her savings after stepping back from acting to concentrate on wildlife conservation.
"For the last ten years I've been living off of my savings for the most part because I haven't been as focused on work," she explained.
"To be able to get myself back to the point where I'm not struggling and am able to choose projects because I like them and not because I need the money – it's definitely giving me more freedom to do that."

Shannon shot to fame as exchange student Nadia in 1999's American Pie, before going on to appear in films including Scary Movie, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Love Actually.
But over the past decade she has largely stepped away from the Hollywood spotlight, relocating to South Africa and devoting much of her time to animal welfare and conservation.
Shannon founded Animal Avengers in Los Angeles in 2001 before expanding her work into the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation, which now focuses on protecting endangered wildlife and habitats in Africa.

"I do all kinds of content, but I don't even know what my boundaries will be," she told Variety. "I'm still exploring it and as I become more comfortable with it, I'm going to push those boundaries."
Shannon said the platform has allowed her to show fans another side of herself while maintaining control over what she chooses to share, something she has previously said was often missing during her early years in Hollywood.

Her lucrative new venture also coincided with a major change in her personal life. Shannon launched her account on April 16, the same day she quietly filed for divorce from husband Simon Borchert. The pair married in 2021.
And she isn't leaving acting behind completely. Shannon is making her way back to the screen with the upcoming horror film First Witch, while continuing her conservation work in South Africa.
She's also far from the only familiar Hollywood face to discover a lucrative second act on OnlyFans.
Sopranos star Drea de Matteo previously revealed she made $75,000 in her first 75 minutes on the platform, while Denise Richards' income from OnlyFans and her other ventures was reported in court documents to total more than $250,000 per month.
